Does EuroCheckin automatically send guest data to SES.Hospedajes?+
Yes. When a guest completes online check-in, EuroCheckin automatically transmits the data to the official SES.Hospedajes platform of the Ministerio del Interior on the day of arrival, in line with Royal Decree 933/2021. You will be notified if any submission needs review.
How many check-ins can I handle with EuroCheckin?+
The number of check-ins is unlimited on all plans. You only pay per property (from 5 €/month), with no extra charges for bookings or for the number of guests registered.
How long is guest data retained?+
Data is retained for 3 years on encrypted servers within the European Union, in line with Royal Decree 933/2021 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
