By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Service.

EuroCheckin is a digital platform designed to:

Facilitate the online check-in of guests

Automate the recording and submission of guest reports to the competent authorities (such as SES.Hospedajes in Spain)

Store data in accordance with the applicable legal requirements

Synchronise calendars with booking platforms
-
Offer additional features relating to operational management and regulatory compliance
EuroCheckin acts as a technology provider and not as a public authority or as a legal adviser.
The user is solely responsible for complying with the regulations applicable to their activity.
3. Requirements for Use
To use the Service, the user must:

Be of legal age

Act in the capacity of owner of a tourist accommodation, hotel, property manager or authorised representative

Provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information
-
Keep their access credentials confidential
The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
4. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:

Use the Service in accordance with the legislation in force
-
Not enter false or incorrect data
-
Not use the platform for unlawful purposes
-
Ensure that they have a legal basis for processing their guests’ personal data

Inform guests about the processing of their data where legally required
EuroCheckin will not be liable for any improper use of the Service by the user.
5. Regulatory Compliance
EuroCheckin provides technical tools to facilitate compliance with regulations such as:

Royal Decree 933/2021 in Spain

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Applicable national legislation on guest registration
However, final compliance is the sole responsibility of the accommodation provider.
EuroCheckin does not guarantee the absence of penalties should the user fail to meet legal obligations outside the platform.
6. Data Protection
Under the GDPR:

The accommodation provider acts as the Data Controller

EuroCheckin acts as the Data Processor
The processing of personal data is further governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
7. Prices and Payments
The prices of the Service are shown on the website and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis

The user may cancel at any time

No refunds are guaranteed for periods already invoiced
EuroCheckin reserves the right to change prices with reasonable prior notice.
8. Free Trial Period
Where a free trial period is offered (for example, 15 days):

Access will be limited in time

At the end of the period, an active subscription may be required to continue using the Service
EuroCheckin reserves the right to modify or withdraw the trial period at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and on the platform, including:

Software

Logos

The EuroCheckin brand
is the property of Roxlogic IT Solutions or is used under licence.
Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

EuroCheckin will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption

The Service is not guaranteed to be free from errors or technical interruptions

We are not responsible for failures in third-party systems (public authorities, external platforms, hosting providers, etc.)
EuroCheckin’s total liability, in any event, will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
11. Service Availability
Although we work to ensure maximum availability, the Service may be interrupted by:

Updates

External failures
EuroCheckin does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability.
12. Termination of the Service
EuroCheckin may suspend or cancel the user’s access in the event of:

Fraudulent or unlawful use

Non-payment
The user may cancel their account at any time from their dashboard or by requesting it in writing.
13. Amendments to the Terms
EuroCheckin may amend these Terms to adapt them to changes in the law or in the service.

Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals in Spain, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise.
